Warranty. BunkerCity.comŪ will repair or replace,
without charge, to the original retail purchaser only, any
merchandise proved defective in material or workmanship
for a period of six (6) months after the date of purchase.
BunkerCity.comŪ wall panels are designed to resist paintballs
under normal paintball game use. BunkerCity.comŪ will warrant
all replacement parts and repairs for ninety (90) days from
the date of BunkerCity.com'sŪ shipment. Repairs or replacement
made necessary by reason of misuse, alteration, normal wear,
or accident are not covered under this limited warranty. |

Warranty Instructions. To seek recovery on this
limited warranty, the original retail purchaser shall: |

| 1.
Setup, maintain and service the merchandise according to
BunkerCity.com'sŪ instructions. |
| |
| 2.
If any damage covered by this limited warranty occurs during
the warranty period, the original purchaser must mail notification
of such damage to BunkerCity.comŪ at the following address:

| 3.
The notice must include the following information: |

a.
Date of Purchase; |
|
b.
Name, address, and telephone number of original retail purchaser; |
|
c.
A copy of the original dated invoice; |
|
d.
Clear photographs of the merchandise in its damaged state;
and |
|
e.
An explanation of the damage to the merchandise and the
cause of the damage. |

| 4.
Prior to shipping the damaged merchandise for warranty repair
or replacement to BunkerCity.comŪ, the original purchaser
must obtain a return authorization number (RA#) from BunkerCity.comŪ.
The RA# must be included on the address label on the returned
package. No items will be accepted without a proper RA#.
All returned items must be sent freight prepaid to the address
indicated above. |

Implied Warranties. This limited warranty is in
lieu of all other warranties, including any implied warranty
of merchantability and any implied warranty of fitness for
a particular purpose, which are hereby disclaimed by BunkerCity.comŪ.
To the extent any State does not allow the disclaimer of
an implied warranty of merchantability or the implied warranty
for fitness for a particular purpose , and such warranties
are hereby limited in duration to the above warranty period
for the limited warranty provided herein. |

| Limitation
on Liability and Damages. BunkerCity.comŪ assumes
no risk and shall be subject to no liability for damages
or loss resulting from the specific use or application made
of the goods. BunkerCity.com'sŪ liability for any claim,
whether based on breach of contract, negligence, tort, infringement
of any rights of any party or product liability, relating
to the goods shall not exceed the price paid by the buyer
to BunkerCity.comŪ for such goods. In no event will BunkerCity.comŪ
be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages
(including loss of use, loss of profit and claims of third
parties) however caused, whether by the negligence of BunkerCity.comŪ
or otherwise. |

Law Notification. This limited warranty provides the original
retail purchaser with specific legal rights. The original
purchaser may also have additional rights, which may vary
from state to state. |
