I just wanted to thank you once again. The results in which I have received from your service are great. For so many years I have had an airflow reduction problem in my sub flooring. I have called out previous so called Air Conditioning experts to inspect and evaluate the problem. Their results were to tear out my ceiling to find a probable blockage. I elected not to take that route. I received your name from an acquaintance and he said if I wanted the best to contact Rare Service. I am glad I did. With your state of the art technology we avoided any unnecessary work. The airflow in my sub flooring and the rest of my house is great. I just wanted to thank you and your crew for installing our new 5-ton Trane, Model XL-1400, air-conditioning unit in the fall of 2001 and the complete replacement of the duct work in the spring of 2001. I'm very pleased with your work and that you did every thing that you said you would do. As a rule a lot of what is said before a job starts is either not done or it becomes an unpleasant working arrangement on the job. I can attest to the fact that Rare lived up to its word and that's something to be proud of. I recommend Rare to anyone who wants a job done right and without hassles or arguments.
Last spring we had Rare replace the duct work on our home and this allowed us to qualify for the California 20% summertime rebate program on electrical use. Our average monthly electrical reductions for the summer was in the 30 to 40 % range over the previous year. This summer we expect to continue our saving with the use of the new Trane high efficient air-conditioning unit installed by Rare that replaced our old 23 year old unit.
Rare was recommended to me by a co-worker and I have recommended Rare to others without any reservations.
